As experienced business brokers, we help
our clients with the process of selling
or buying a business. Working with a
skilled intermediary creates value for a
seller. From recasting financial
information to creating a marketing
campaign, we go about confidentially
selling a business, which is what we do
best. The seller can they do what they
do best, running their company and
maximizing its value.
With our service, you will benefit not
only from our experience, but from
relationships we have built with service
providers, government, lenders and
advisors, that can provide the resources
you need for a successful transaction.
We can proactively create solutions for
obstacles that may arise. |

Whether you are buying or selling,
you will not find a team more
dedicated to a successful outcome.
Our unique philosophy is, “It has to
work for everyone.”
We specialize in creating win/win
transactions. Adversarial
representation leads to a higher
percentage of deals that fall apart.
On numerous occasions, we have
helped the “other” party in a
transaction find a lender,
coordinate licensing, address
planning and zoning issues with city
government to facilitate a smooth
transition. It is our pleasure to
help everyone complete the deal.
Just check our references!
It would be our privilege to discuss
the possibility of selling your
business. Please call for free, no
obligation, and confidential
consultation. |

Market Update:
The Texas economy
continues to outperform other
states, attracting business
buyers from other areas of the
country. Renewable energy
development is attracting
investment and stimulating
infrastructure projects. The
Small Business Administration
has temporarily waived fees
usually charged to bank to make
small business loans more
attractive to lenders. They have
also created the Express loan,
which is up to $350,000, and can
include working capital. The
Patriot Express loan is up to
$500,000 for veterans. These are
smaller loans than the 7A
program ($2 million) that are
design to process quickly. |
